Instant Quote: Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I didn't receive my quote via email, what do I do?

A: Firstly check that the email is not in your junk folder, ensure that is included in your safe senders list. If you have done both of these steps, please contact us from the relevant email address and we will send you your quote separately and add your email address to our list of exceptions ensuring you will receive automatic quotes next time that you try.

Q: I don't want to register, I just want an instant online price, what do I do?

A: To get an instant price, click here. You will be sent a quotation to the email address you supply. To proceed with the order, you will need to register using the same email address, otherwise your quotes will not be available to convert into live orders.

Q: What payment types do you accept?

A: We use a secure payment system provided by Sage Pay which accepts Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo.

Q: Do you store my credit card details and is it secure?

A: We do not store any information about your credit cards. During payment, you will be redirected to a Sage Pay payment page who process the payment on our behalf. You can read more about their security here.

Q: Will I receive an invoice or receipt?

A: You will receive email confirmation from us when you a) obtain a quote and b) have completed payment/purchase order use. This is our invoice to you. You can view and print invoices out from your account Dashboard and Invoices panel for any job you have ordered.

Q: I've paid for my book production but the artwork is not yet ready, what do I do?

A: Your dashboard will show you the status of each of your book orders, including Awaiting Artwork. When you have uploaded your files (or notified us using the upload page for your book stating that the files are coming via a different method) then the status will change once we have received the files.
